12th & U Street

Construction of a two-story, mixed-use, urban development at the junction of 11th and U Streets – a hip section of the U-Street Corridor of Washington DC. The project included the demolition of existing buildings, excavation and shoring for underground parking garage, two-stories of office and retail and interior construction for multiple tenants.
