Zoo Miami ADA Retrofit

Brought 327 developed acres of property into compliance with ADA standards while Zoo Miami park was open to patrons in Miami, Florida.  Scope of work included but not limited to the removal and replacement of concrete ramps and walkways throughout exhibit areas, installation of handrails at monorail stations and ramps, door and threshold modifications, ticket booth and snack facility alterations, parking lot striping and signage amendments, cave reconstruction, restroom and fountain amendments, survey and landscaping.   Visitors with disabilities can now safely and comfortably access more than 2,000 animals and 1,000 species of trees, palms and other flora in this spectacular facility.
