Construction of a new, 177,442 sq. ft. hydroponic greenhouse for the production packing of locally grown lettuce and tomatoes in Rochelle, Illinois. Negotiated contract based on successful completion of previous project with same client.  The project was phased to allow for design finalization, site prep and foundation installation prior to harsh winter conditions.  Built through subzero temperatures in order to maintain schedule and client production commitments.  Excavated 36 inches of frost and heated site in order to continue pouring concrete slabs during winter months. Extensive coordination with an international team of professionals and specialists spanning from USA and Canada to the Netherlands.  Project completed in 7 months.
