Dominion Builders provided interior and exterior improvements to the existing Dadeland Executive Center, an 11-story, 102,000-sq.-ft. commercial building situated along Dixie Highway in South Miami. The focal point is a soaring 20-foot high grand lobby entrance featuring a clear, anodized-glass-infused curtain wall cladding system. The unique interior finishes include white, hand-carved, Himalaya stone throughout the first floor public space with custom wall panels of Treefrog veneer in walnut grove.  The welcoming desk is custom made and serves as the pivotal design element of the luxuriously sleek lobby and features illuminating LED lights at the base of the structure.  A colossal light fixture hangs in the lobby as another design element that cannot be missed in this stunning commercial space.
